I spent years leading, serving, organising, planning, raising a family, and doing so many good things...

Yet somewhere in the middle of all that, I realised I'd become really good at managing everyone else's priorities while quietly losing sight of my own.

I wasn't just overwhelmed.

I was out of alignment.

The turning point wasn't finding a better planner.

It was learning to create rhythms that made space to hear God, recognise what He was actually asking of me, and build my weeks around that instead of everyone else's expectations.

Now I help Christian women do the same.

Because organisation isn't the goal.

Alignment is.
