Aligned and Unleashed

Welcome, pull up a chair

I'm so glad you're here.

If you're a Christian woman who's ever looked at your week and thought, "There has to be a better way than constantly feeling behind," you're in the right place.

This is where I share practical rhythms, honest stories and faith-filled encouragement to help you move from overwhelmed and scattered to calm, clear and intentional.

Because I don't believe you need to have it all together.

I do believe you can create space for what matters most.

Have a look around, start with the latest post, and make yourself at home.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey, I'm Ceri!

A bold, faith-filled, slightly intense Christian woman living in New Zealand with my husband and our two wild-hearted boys. We lead a ministry together, and I’ve spent almost 20 years in full-time Christian service. But nothing prepared me for the chaos of motherhood.I’ve been the overwhelmed mum. The burned-out overachiever. The woman crying on the kitchen floor whispering, “Is this it?” But now Im all about creating systems that actually work and serve purpose!

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey, I'm Ceri

I'm Ceri—recovering perfectionist, reformed people-pleaser, and someone who genuinely believes that simple systems can create space for extraordinary things.

After years of leading, serving, raising a family and trying to keep all the plates spinning, I realised organisation wasn't what I was really looking for.

I was looking for alignment.

Now I help Christian women build practical rhythms that create more calm, more clarity and more space for who God created them to be.

I'd love to help you do the same.
